Silvia (Left) has always been the pillar of our success, being responsible for all aspects of the back office including book-keeping, administrative work, payroll, customer correspondence, marketing, and training and hiring of new staff. Silvia has been by Robert Sr.'s side through all of his entrepreneurial endeavors over the past 30 years.

Robert Jr. (Middle) started his restaurant experience at the age of 15 where he began to work within the family-owned business. He quickly fell in love with the customer interaction aspect of the business. After finishing high school, Robert went to Camosun College in Victoria, BC to obtain a Hospitality Management diploma. Additionally, he spent time in the Caribbean, maximizing his inventory and bar management experience, also gaining experience throughout the years on different hotel properties, such as Oak Bay Beach Hotel, Coast Hotel Prince George, and Prestige Hotel in Smithers, BC. He has over 10 years of management and food and beverage experience.
Katja also grew up working in the family business from a young age. She worked in the front of house at our restaurants, managed the bar, and helped with staff scheduling. Katja's biggest strengths are organizing and training FOH staff and event setups.
